managed complex, high-stakes assignments, including directing
teams of over 20 engineers, architects, designers, and subcontractors on con昀椀dential nuclear projects and serving as Area

is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. She
also earned the Maintenance Management Professional (MMP)
designation from PEMAC via Northern Lakes College, winning
the Capstone Award for an innovative plan to optimize steam

for equipment reliability and smart asset management, Mimi
has served on the CANDU Owners Group Equipment Reliability
Peer Group, sits on the CSA Group Technical Committee N290.2

and currently leads a new sector practice focused on improving
the reliability, performance, and availability of client assets.

organizer for the annual “”Women in Power”” event for two
consecutive years and has earned a nomination for a Mentorship Award for her work supporting female professionals across
the power sector. A regular speaker and panelist at national
