Corina Moore, David Sauvé
WSP Canada appointed Corina Moore to the role of Chief
Growth Officer, and David Sauvé will succeed Moore as
Executive Vice President, Transportation & Infrastructure,
Canada. Moore spent close to three years in her previous
role, where she led a team of close to 4,000 professionals and oversaw a national
portfolio of projects. Sauvé brings more than two decades of leadership experience
in the engineering and infrastructure sector, where he has played an active role in
advancing alternative project delivery models, major infrastructure investments, and
strategic growth initiatives.
Kevin George
EXP announced the promotion of Kevin George to lead the firm’s Major
Projects sector. In his expanded role, George will lead major pursuits
strategy, market growth, client engagement and project delivery across
transportation, transit, energy and critical infrastructure markets. With
more than 40 years in the industry, Kevin has built a reputation for delivering complex
transportation and transit projects. Since joining EXP in 2021, he has contributed to
several of Canada’s most significant rail and transit investments, including: Eglinton
Crosstown LRT; Réseau express métropolitain; and Confederation Line.
Sara Wadlow
Egis in Canada has appointed Sara Wadlow, P.Eng., as leader
of its Transportation Structures. Based in Calgary, Wadlow will
be responsible for advancing the firm’s structures capabilities,
support project delivery across major infrastructure programs,
and contributing to Egis’ continued growth in the Canadian market. She brings
17 years of experience in consulting engineering, with a focus on bridge and
transportation structures.
Kris Barnard
Buttcon announced the appointment of Kris Barnard as
President of Buttcon Central. As President of Buttcon Central, he
will lead the region’s operations, providing strategic direction
while continuing to build on the company’s reputation for
safety, quality, collaboration, and client service. Barnard brings extensive
leadership experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record
of delivering large-scale institutional, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and
residential projects.
Jeff Stapleton
Jeff Stapleton, P.Eng., has been appointed HDR’s program management
lead for Canada. Based in Burlington, Ont., Stapleton will leverage
expertise from across HDR’s program management and transportation
practices to support clients in the successful delivery of major
infrastructure programs across Canada.
Peter Bokor
Peter Bokor has been named growth leader for Stantec’s
Infrastructure business in North America. In this role, Bokor will
collaborate with sector, regional, and discipline leaders across
the firm to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities. He
was most recently a leader within Stantec’s Growth and Innovation Office,
where he helped shape several global campaigns while playing a key role in
refining the firm’s Account Management Program.
Josée M. Guibord
The Board of Directors of Electricity Canada appointed Josée M.
Guibord, LL.B. ICD.D as its new President and CEO, starting September
8, 2026. With over 25 years of experience, Guibord has worked in senior
leadership for over a decade in the energy sector, most recently as
Executive Advisor at Dunsky Energy+ Climate. Prior to this, she served as President and
CEO at Evolugen by Brookfield Renewable, where she managed a portfolio representing
US$10 billion in assets.
Jesse Unke
PRI Engineering welcomed Jesse Unke as its new Vice
President, Transportation and Infrastructure. In his new role,
Unke will be driving growth, strategy, and delivery for PRI’s
transportation and infrastructure market. He brings 20 years of
experience leading consulting firms and practices across the public, private,
and Indigenous sectors, with a track record spanning capital and major
infrastructure projects throughout Canada and North America.
Mirsad Hairlahovic, Rafael de la Barreda
FlatironDragados announced four new leadership
roles, including a pair of Canadian executives. Mirsad
Hairlahovic has been appointed President, FD – Canada
and Rafael de la Barreda has been appointed Executive
Vice President, Preconstruction & West Operations, FD – Canada. Hairlahovic will
lead FD – Canada with full responsibility for the company’s operational and financial
performance. De la Barreda will be responsible for leading the Preconstruction and
Business Development function in Canada while expanding his leadership to include
operational performance for western FD – Canada.
Felicia Wiltshire
The Board of Directors of the Manitoba Heavy Construction
Association (MHCA) announced the appointment of Felicia
Wiltshire as the Association’s next President & CEO, effective
December 1, 2026. Wiltshire will succeed Chris Lorenc, who will
retire at the end of 2026 after more than 35 years leading the organization.
Wiltshire joined MHCA as its first Vice-President in 2025. Prior to joining MHCA,
she spent ten years as Director of Customer Service & Communications for the
City of Winnipeg.
Christine Tschetter
RAM announced the promotion of Christine Tschetter to the role of
Vice President of Projects & Practice. She joined RAM eight years ago as
a Commercial Manager, when the team consisted of just over a dozen
employees. As new business needs emerged, she took on the leadership
of our newly established Inspection Services department and helped grow it into Project
Services, which expanded to include Document Control, Quality, and Safety Management.

Mike Myatt
BPA announced the appointment of Mike Myatt as Senior Director,
Atlantic Region. In addition to his role as Managing Director of
the Halifax and Sydney offices, Myatt will oversee the growth and
performance of operations across Atlantic Canada. He brings more
than 25 years of experience in the assessment, design and management of projects
across a wide range of sectors. Myatt joined BPA in 2023 through the acquisition
of M&R Engineering Ltd., where he had built a reputation for delivering practical,
client-focused solutions.
